Payslip & Calculations
We complete any calculations required to create a payslip and this includes: Pay as You Earn (PAYE), Tax and National Insurance (NI), Pensions, Occupational Maternity Pay (OMP), Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Occupational Sick Pay (OSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) and Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP). All the calculations we complete are reviewed, confirmed and audited.
The Payslips Received
Each employee can receive a secure sealed payslip and these payslips can also be available through email on a secure online gateway.
BACS Payments
Alphapay can arrange Banker’s Automated Clearing Services (BACS) payments of salaries and pensions direct into the employee’s bank accounts.
Records, Details and Information
We produce required records for individual personnel and HMRC as required including P45’s, P46’s, P35’s, P11’s, P11d’s, P14’s, and P60’s.
Regular & Tailor-Made Reports
We provide regular reports (e.g., weekly, monthly) as required. And can in addition provide tailor-made accounting reports if these are needed. This can be discussed and built in to your individual managed payroll service.
The End of Year Accounting
We calculate, check and collate all the end of year numbers and submit them to the HMRC on your behalf.
